PVC Shrink wraps applications are very wide, and often with one imagination, it can be applied to almost everything. Current applications include: Battery Packaging, Cap Seals, Broom handles, Bottles Sealing, Bundling, and many Others.

The Plastics can have coloured basic appearance beside transparent. Logos, barcodes, or pictures can also be printed on the plastics (Up to 5 colours). We supply the plastics in form of bulk rolls, and individual pieces.

WINPLASINDO offers PVC & PET shrink labels for labeling bottle or containers with more freedom in design compared to other conventional labels. Shrink sleeve labels are able to follow the irregular contour of the bottles/container, and offers 360° design area. It wraps the bottle smoothly upon the application of heat and the sleeve will able to give your products the excellent appeal on the displaying shelf.

Currently, WINPLASINDO offers 6 colours printing service with our Rotogravure printing press. This will covers Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black (CMYK - 4 colours) for process colours, and White (W - 1 colour ) for background, and one spare colour for "special" independent colour (SP -1 Colour) such as metallic colours, bright background colours, or even reverse printing of matte for etched glass surface effect. Therefore CMYK + W + SP process colour (CMYK) system is not used, you can simply use 6 individual colours for your label design.

PVC Shrink film is the more common type used for most bottle shapes, it offers 50% horizontal shrinkage to "hug" the common irregular shape of the containers. It is the most economical, and the most commonly used shrink labels available in the market.

PET Shrink labels are among the latest innovation in shrink labels, which has the advantage of having horizontal shrinkage up to 80%. PET shrink label will be able to handle most extreme contour or shape that PVC shrink label cannot. PE shrink film is generally used for collating products (multipacking) such as beverages bottles, cans, wood products, etc, or for normal outside layer protection packaging. PE shrink film has the advantages of being generally more economical than carton boxes. PE shrink also gives the advantages such as: visibility of the products, strength of material, and handling.

Visibility - Unlike packing with carton/paper / boxes, customers can actually see most portion or all portion of the products despite the naturally occurring haze this material has. There are applications where boxes are used to cover only up to a quarter height of the products for support, and then cover it with PE Shrink film.

Strength - This material LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) is known for its strength and break at elongation properties. It will not tear easily and able to withstand rigorous handlings.

Handling - When wrapped, the package will have two uncovered area on the left and right hand side. This functions as the grabbing area for handlers to move the package with ease.

Using special grades of film, 6-colours printing can be applied to give multicolor graphics for shelf-appeal.
